Haunted Fullerton Walking Tour

Are you a fan of the paranormal? From September 14 to November 3 on Wednesdays and Thursdays evenings at 6 P.M., the Fullerton Museum is offering their Haunted Fullerton Walking Tour. However, there will be a special tour on Halloween!
The tours are approximately two and a half hours long, and the cost is $15 for museum members and $18 for the general public. However, space is limited and prepaid reservation is required. To make a reservation, call the Fullerton Museum at (714) 738-6545.

What’s going on at the Fox Theatre?

If you have driven by the Fox Theater on Harbor Boulevard in Fullerton, you will notice that it is presently closed and under construction. Though it was closed and abandoned in 1987, the Fox Theatre has been an official landmark of the City of Fullerton since 1990 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in October 2006.

Mardi Gras In July

Downtown Fullerton is hosting a Mardi Gras in July Celebration on Saturday July 11, 2009 in the Fullerton Museum Plaza.  Sounds like a really fun event that is raising money for a really great cause: the Women’s Transitional Learning Center!  The WTLC is a non profit community based organization of men and women commited to seeking solutions to end domestic violence and human trafficking. WTLC is the only domestic violence shelter program in Orange County that provides shelter for clients with substance problems, mental illness and human trafficking victims. Services …

FREE TODAY! Movies on the Fox Theater

If you are familiar with the Fullerton area, you have probably seen or driven by the classic Fox Theater in Downtown Fullerton on Commonwealth and Harbor.  Yet, you probably did not know that the Fox Theater is home to what LA Magazine says to be one of the ” Strangest place to watch a film.”

Tranquil Tea Lounge – Downtown Fullerton

Tranquil Tea Lounge is going to open in Downtown Fullerton this Friday! The vitaminOC team and I have been super excited and we can’t wait for it to open.
Tranquil Tea Lounge is owned by brother and sister, Jon Munsayac and Michellee Phelps. The lounge will be a cool place to try their selection of over 85 different varieties of loose leaf teas as well as a place to dine, buy tea accessories, attend special events, or hold your own there as well.

Social Media Club OC- If you get it, Share it!

Finally! Social Media Club is coming to Orange County and we couldn’t be more excited!

The Fullerton Market is Back!

Starting this Thursday, April 2nd, Downtown Fullerton will host its 18th Annual “Fullerton Market.”  This outdoor event holds a variety of vendors including local farmers, merchants, community organizations, and artists.
You’ll get the chance to buy fresh produce, pastries, arts and crafts, apparel, and some other yummy food.  And for your alcoholic-pleasure, they will have a beer and wine garden.  There will also be a Kid’s Korner full of special activities to keep them busy while the adults drink it up!
