Guppy House, Open ‘Til 2 A.M. Latest

Many times, we are up at night, hungry, wondering what to eat, wondering what is open. Living in La Palma, an area with no nightlife, most places within a few miles are closed by evening. An exception to that though is Guppy Teahouse in Cerritos, which is not in Orange County. However, there are two locations in Orange County, and all their locations, excluding their other Cerritos location, have the same menu and hours of operation.

[Reflection] Food Truck Round Up

We all know the traditional methods of fundraising—candy sales, magazine subscriptions, coupon books, etc. Such ideas only raise a limited amount of money since they require students to personally sell those items, and with budget cuts  and traditional ideas getting overdone, fundraising ideas have been becoming more creative.
As a fundraiser, Fullerton High School Football Booster Club has been hosting the Food Truck Round Up, an event in which around 20 food trucks come to Fullerton High’s stadium. In return, the food trucks make a donation to the booster club.

Marmite? Jaffa Cakes? Head to the British Grocer!

After exiting the 91-motorway,  you can find yourself in a quaint little courtyard at the Villa del Sol center where a most unusual shop can be found.  Specializing in goods from the land of the Beatles,  Harry Potter, and James Bond, the British Grocer in Downtown Fullerton stocks it’s shelves full of British sweets and necessities.

Avenue Q at OCPAC
It seems that everything I write about includes something that is at least a little bit taboo, or something that involves breaking laws. This review is no different. I mean, who can resist watching Lucy the Slut perform on stage?
If you haven’t heard of Avenue Q before, it is a Broadway musical that features puppets on stage, and teaches the audience about the real life struggles and situations that we face fresh out of college.
