Feel the Beat, a benefit show and concert for the Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) was hosted by Key Club at the Heritage Forum in Anaheim on Friday, February 20.
Key Club members Michael Nguyen, Sarah Duong, Andy Nguyen, Grace Yellow, Bea Mac, and their adviser, Lamont Miya, worked hard to bring in performers from all around the country to volunteer their night for CHOC. Performers (with links to videos of their Friday performance) were:

One of my favorite moments of the night was when a little boy went up to AJ before his performance and asked if he could sign his ukulele. He did and the crowd cheered like crazy.

All of the singers and dance crews had awesome performances but Super Cr3w was the most anticipated performance of the night. If passing out brochures, giving away free t-shirts, and hearing the shouting and applause when their name was mentioned didn’t give it away, I don’t know what did.

Overall, I had a great time at Feel the Beat. Even through the long lines, huge crowds, and rabid fangirls, the event was very memorable and for a great cause.
