Hi, my name is Valerie Ucab.  I’m 23 years old and I currently reside in Walnut, CA (Yes, the one near Diamond Bar!).   I graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a Bachelors degree in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration.

During my years at Cal State Fullerton, I drove to campus (like most people) almost everyday and stayed there long after my classes were over.  I worked on homework, took the necessary cat naps, gambled my health whenever I ate at Busy Bee because I was really craving some Chinese food; but I spent most of my time doing things for Phi Beta Lambda (the largest and premier student business organization).

I love PBL!  The organization has given a lot to me in the past years; one of which was the ability to find such an amazing group of friends.  Smart, dedicated, and outgoing, this awesome group is now giving me (and you!) the opportunity to experience the world I passed by for many years.  So, I hope you come along with me to find all the great things our community has to offer through VitaminOC!

Okay, so here’s a little more info about me:

I love watching movies, good and bad.

I love trying new things, even though I don’t always immediately pursue them.

I have an odd love for potatoes…because they taste so damn good.

As soon as I find an awesome job, I’ll let you know about it (or if you have one in mind, let me know!).

I’m not a typical girl who likes to go shopping.  I like shopping only if I know what I’m looking for.

I used to be a huge WWE fan, and it makes me a little sad that the shows nowadays are really dull.

And if a restaurant gives me wetnaps, I put them in my purse because I know I’ll use them one day.
